soft caresses

Softly, deftly
Music shall caress you
Hear it, feel it
Secretly possess you
Open up your mind
Let your fantasies unwind
In this darkness which you know you cannot fight
The darkness of the music of the night

My favorite song from The Phantom of the Opera...Music of the Night Posted by Picasa

My mind is open, and tonight, like a sponge soaks up the rays of your brilliance with creating works of art and expertly matching them to song.

Masterful image. I just want to get lost in it, to get lost in you and your mind, that mind and that heart that sees and creates such beauty. You remain my inspiration Oliviah. :-)

You are such a poet. There was a whole lot of wisdom in that one post you did of your story tonight. What a wonderful treat that was. Of course, each addition to your story is this way. You are amazing.

Hugs and smooches~~

Oliviah, This is really cool! Can you possibly revisit the style you used in "love is a flame that burns in your name"?

Regards,
Jason

sd, I am glad you enjoyed it. :)

Jason, I am glad you suggested that. The image you are referring to is one I really liked but didn't think I would ever be able to figure out how I made it because of the way the image was saved. I haven't been able to get the same design but I am really pleased (and surprised) to have managed to get the color and light that is like a flame. I will post one of these soon. I am hoping I will at some point be able to create the same shapes (similar) that made that image unique. So far, I am just tickled pink to replicate the flame color and translucency! Thank you for the motivation!

Vince, I hope you do enjoy this blog and now, I am on my way to visit yours!

Jane, hugs!!! So good to hear from you!

Gorgeous ephemeral artwork and in my favorite colors! It takes my breath away.
I love that song from "Phantom."
Much of my artwork and poetry is inspired by music.
I think I landed here via a comment on another's site (perhaps "daydreamer."
Enjoying looking around. :)
