Beautiful Oliviah. Is this a single fractal or did you do some post processing and or combination? Either way, I love the deep, rich colors and the wonderful wet raindrop/tears/dreams look. Perfect title and words to go with the image. I call this one a homerun! :-)
I used several filters on this. I guess it lost its Apophysis look but I was mesmerized with the effect. I'm glad you like it! :)
